New cell does not show salt level.

I installed a Circupool Gen-15 cell to replace my dead Aquarite-Rite T15 cell. It had been working fine with a knock-off board for many years.
These are the readings:

I just plugged it.

It is in Metric Mode and the Instant Salt is the default setting.

Change back to standard mode and set 88-4 to 88-0.

I pressed on the little knob 5 times after hearing the click.

The Instant Salinity is 4,800 ppm and the amps are too close to 8.0.

You need to lower the salinity until the amperage is below 7.2.

Thank you for your help. I removed water, added some. The salt digital reading in the pool is 3550. The salt level was at 4400 on the ARite screen , jumped to 4700 when I tried to calibrate, using super chrorinate switch and bring down the numbers to 3550.

The number is still locked at 4700. It will not go down during calibration. I have seen posts with the same issue.
