It sure looks like the gunite is complete. Is there an area they have to redo or shoot? What is the ETA on swimming?Still no gunite. But we did get masons today. Tile and coping going in. Just returned from vacation and my camera recording system was down so no timelapse today.

And I thought we had a long wait. Our project is pretty small, especially compared to yours, as we’re just tearing out our existing uncovered kitchen and bar area and rebuilding it with a small, shed-style cover. We signed the contract back in April and had our pre-construction meeting yesterday. Of course, our sales rep showed up with the wrong plans, which we had changed months ago, meaning the project manager had been prepped with lots of incorrect info. When we signed the contract, we were told it would be a 2-3 week project, once the work actually started. Now we’re being told that it will take 3-4 months. Our original pool and kitchen build only took about 6 months and was delayed due to a very wet winter and spring that year. Times have changed! It's been 337 days since we approved design and were ready to sign the contract.
