Just trying to get an idea of why the metal frame of my new above ground kinked in several spots and 1 support post was leaning in. Pool is 18 ft round. It was also starting to be filled before top cap was installed. Would that be the cause. Thanks for any help.

What do you mean by top cap? The plastic finish that goes about each column or the one that goes between columns? One of the is decorative and the other is structural.
