Negative Edge Spa wall slope

So I'm trying to find out what people are using as a slope/grade for the negative edge spa with a "sit and spin" entry. Was thinking of using .5" for the 12" spa wall, sloping to the inside. Does anyone know if any issues with this? Shotcrete guy suggested 3" which is too steep for the look we are going for, plus not much fun to sit on.

They’re actually outside doing shotcrete as I type this. We decided to go with a 1” drop.

My PB had to redo my slope AFTER they had tiled. I ended up going with a 1 inch slope also. Here is the final result.

you can still walk on it (although I wouldn't recommend it). But more importantly you can rest a beverage on it.
