Need recommendation for heavy debris

I have a fine silt/dirt/rotten something coating the bottom, probably has to do with rotten leaves turning to muck before I could get them out over the winter. Same kind of problem I have had before, so I do NOT want to repeat previous years' vacuuming out through the main pool filter and then having to wash and flush and replace cartridges. I am looking for some way to use a water-hose-powered vacuum to pull junk off the bottom and just dump the waste through another hose out of the pool completely.
So, to my qstn: can anyone recommend a water-jet-powered vacuum that works? I have found a bunch on Amazon but most of them dump to a filter bag instead of out of the pool (and my pool muck is the kind that goes right through those filter bags). I just need something that WORKS.
Otherwise, I am afraid that my next step is draining the stupid pool and mopping.
Thanks ahead of time for your help-
Dave

Hey Dave and Welcome !!!

Are you the least bit handy ? You can cut in a 3 way diverter between your pump and filter and then send the crud to waste.

PVC work is real simple, watch some YouTubes about it and you'll see.

I've never seen great reviews of a water hose powered vac. Not for what you need anyway.

You should get a leaf rake (ie a deep net) and scoop the junk out by hand first.

ajw22,
Thanks for the suggestions. That riptide looks like a very nice, heavyweight piece of professional equipment, but from what I can see of their websites, it looks like another cleaner that dumps to a bag. Bags are the problem. I already have a couple vacuums that have bags, and one that has a "filter", and the dirt from the bottom of my pool flows right through. I am looking for something that discharges all the way out of the pool.

Riptide has a 60 micron bag that should hold the smallest of particles in your pool.

If you want to vacuum to waste you can construct a standalone system using a 3/4 HP pump that plugs into 120V, connect a vacuum hose to the intake, and a waste hose to the output.

THAT looks like an outstanding idea, thanks a bunch, I don't know why I didn't think of that.
I'm going shopping now.....

If you find that your DIY equipment is reaching the $1000+ mark, I would take a look at the VacDaddy (for small to medium pools) or the PondoVac (get the one with the dual motor so that suction and discharge is truly continuous). The VacDaddy is pricey at about $1300.
