The diverter valve on my solar heater has bit the dust. The cover and swing arm (inside the valve) are badly worn. The problem is I cannot see who the manufacturer or part number is. This information appears to be on the backside of the valve which is against the wall of my house. I went by my local pool store. They had a diverter valve replacement kit for Jandy valves. The stub shaft on the bottom of the swing arm is much smaller on the Jandy unit. So the unit is not a Jandy. I need help in identifying the valve manufacturer so that I can purchase replacement parts Here are some photos:

The other sid eof the cover is covered with paint, but has no identification markings on it. This valve has an electric operator, so the handle may have been changed. I did find that it is a Hayward valve, but the simple expedient of ordering one from Amazon. When it arrived, I took it apart and the pieces matched. Interestingly the rebuild kit was almost twice the cost of a complete valve!
