Inground salt water pool 25k gals , DE filter.
Just opened for the year, it's slightly cloudy but everything is balanced.
Standard running pressure is usually 10, but after 30 mins or so it goes to 15 and the pump basket water level drops by a quarter.
When pumping to waste it doesn't happen so I think it's filter side.
I've already cleaned the grids, water level is good, spider gasket was replaced, pump gasket replaced.
The only two things I have left to do is replace the grids (5+ years old) or replace the plumbing to the filter (it's the flexible pvc for hot tubs, and has a slight drip in 2 spots).
Any thoughts or input is appreciated
