Need help valve settings for solar

I recently bought a new house with pool. We had solar panels at previous house and loved it so we got solar panels installed here too. The solar company came and got our settings working great but then we had some issues with our pool pump not priming. Now the pool isn’t heating up as well. I am guessing the valve settings are not correct but I didn’t take a picture of what they had done and our pool guy just does cleaning. Since it is July 4th weekend the solar guy can’t come back to help.
Can you look at these pictures and make some recommendations?

I also have the aqualink rs4 controller in my house. The pump is set to run from 7-5 everyday and the solar is always on and set for 93 (wife likes pool nice and hot). We are in Las Vegas so we get plenty of sun.

There are reputable pool service company's in your area, you won't have any problem finding a good tech to come out, as long as his experience involves other peoples pool's and not just the pool in his backyard. make some calls, and get someone out there that doesn't guess about thing's, or look like there 15 year's old.

Get rid of your pool cleaner, he should be able to at least have the ability to investigate a possible reason for the issues your having with pump, etc. or possibly know someone who can. He is a "pool cleaner" to some degree it is part of his job description, the last person you want cleaning your pool, is someone that doesn't have even a basic idea about pool equipment.

Everything looks ok as far as valve adjustment in pics, it could be many things, until you get more familiar with basic pool operation, etc.
It won't hurt to have someone that you can call for future problems that pop up as backup plan, while you learn about your pool as you go

Having 10 different people give you 10 different answers online here, essentially pure guessing, won't help, you need to have someone come out to put eyes on your pool, and figure it out,
