Hey guys, need a little help. My old vacuum wall fitting stopped wanting to stay in the wall interference fit so I bought a new one and need to permanently install it. I need to know what kind of epoxy I should use and also the process of installation. I would assume to close off the skimmers, because the vacuum line in the wall sits under the skimmers, while I drain about 7 inches of water through the main drain, then dry area thoroughly and epoxy fitting in. Let dry and refill pool. Feel free to let me know what I'm missing or what I should or shouldn't do. As always thanks for the help!!! Here is the fitting I have, it's an OEM Hayward brand.

I haven't tried them yet, but there are PVC adhesives for wet conditions that are advertised to work underwater.
