long story short if the pool cant be back right theyre gonna fill in the pool! it has struggled for a minute due to bad filtrations becuase there is a crack underground somewhere and only 1 skimmer is working and the pools is 40k gallons.
but 2 weeks ago i vacced to waste had the pool 100% balanced and it was back to bright blue and clear! fast foward 7 days it is now cloudy and green. i used a taylork-2005 to test the chlorine,ph,cya, and alk and all were in balance but then i used a spin disk for the results of the metal and phosphates. ( The main concern my costumer told me last year when they had the gunnite replastered that at the pool store theyre copper was .09ppm and the pool looked exactly like this but on my spin disk it is showing very low and we have the same one as the pool store they used? could the copper be so high its not accurately showing me on the test? because in my opinion the chemicals look great slightly high cya but everything else is good. only reason i can expect the crystal clear and blue to green cloudy haze is bad filteration or when the filled the pool back up after draining 50% from high cya last week something went wrong somewhere? theyre on city county water, they said last year this exactly happened filled the pool with their hose had a ton of copper it turned green addded metal remover and it fixed it but the copper isnt showing on the test?
PLEASE HELP
