Hi and thanks in advance. Pool was filled a week ago after a full replaster. Customer states plaster material was used straight from the pails it came in. PB doesn't seem to concerned about the new plaster care and customer feels they may be neglecting it . I've read through the new plaster guides but time is in essence here so asking on the forum will be the quickest way for me to hit the nail on the head. Fill was city water and not a well. PB is now only putting 3" pucks in the skimmer which I remove and relocate to a floater. Going forward please guide me, thanks, Allan

Add 30 ppm of CYA.
Maintain FC of 3 ppm,
Keep ph in the 7s
CH of at least 250ppm

What is TA?

Have you reviewed the NPC guide? This would be the easiest to follow for your customer. Do they have Proper test kit or are you doing the testing.

Haven't touched the new water. Can it wait for daylight
Sure. It survived the first week. It can wait a few more hours.

Post a complete set of test results for the water.

Anyone been brushing the surfaces for the past week?

What would my start be tomorrow as it's day 1 for me.
The plaster has been chemically curing for a week. So skip right to day 4 to 28 chemical levels and care.

Nothing you can do that the chemical level for the first week of curing were not ideal. The first few days are the most important and that is past. Now it is keep a POSITIVE CSI, FC around 3 to not bleach out the curing color, and CH of 250 so the water does not pull calcium from the curing plaster, for the first month of curing.

Brushing is important so that plaster dust does not harden on the surfaces.

What does it mean where it states 4th day- 29th in step 1 test PH and CARBONATE ?

That means keep checking pH and TA daily and adjusting as necessary as described for Day 1 for 14 days 4-18. And keep brushing.
