Well, I just saw a priming event around 7:50 am running at 1400 RPM. So, the 4:45 pm thing was a red herring.

Does the pump have any type of diagnostics logs to show errors that have happened?
Maybe monitor the voltage and current to see if either is dropping out.

Not that I've uncovered. The Android app and website are limited to really basic features. None of it is documented, and they never seem to update it. I still haven't figured out how to enable freeze protection after two years. It seems unlikely to me that the voltage is just dropping out and it's not trivial to capture an event like that.
There was a 5:50 pm event today. There was no indication of air in the system or any other anomalies. It's sort of feeling like I'm stuck with this.
There might be useful data gleaned from that, but I'm not currently in possession of any dataloggers or CT sensors that could pull that off.
Put a regular multimeter on it and see what the voltage is and maybe it is really low.
