Great idea, thanks. No. Unfortunately that was overlooked and I am trying to think of a way to have some sort of drain or pump there. Right now I use a shop vac when water spills. Not ideal. It’s a basement on concrete slab.
Well, you could cut the slab and put in a dry well or sump pump basin. Take a ping pong ball and place it around the area and see which way it rolls. Where ever it rolls to will be your low spot.
In the meantime till you figure out which way to go, grab a couple of those water alarms from Home Depot. If something starts leaking you need to know immediately or you’re gonna have one serious mess on your hands.
Ahh, I got ya now. I can see the drop off behind the pool house. Whoever did the build did a fantastic job on the plumbing runs. Top quality. Also like the copper gutters on the pool house, nice touch.
