For those of us too lazy to hold a bottle of chlorine for more than a minute. Price: $18 more or less. Having a drink while it dribbles in for 15 minutes : priceless.

Necessity is the mother of invention. Well, and lazy too...lazy has invented lots of things. LOVE it! Off to see what I have lying around to do something similar.
Yep, thanks all. You can see how lousy a PVC mechanic I am. 
I dump as much bleach in as I need, then dilute it as it goes in. I had to put some rocks in the bottom to counter balance, and put that lid underneath to keep the gravity going my way. It's working just great, though.

It's working just great, though.For adding dry acid, I dissolve it into a bottling spigot. I added a plastic tube at the spigot. Flow can be controlled and it works very well. It should work for chlorine too.

Excellent idea. My husbands beer making supplies are in Virginia, or I definitely would have used that!
