My friend's first numbers with TF Pro 100 test

Here are my friend's numbers from the TF Pro 100 test. What do you suggest she do next? She has been draining and refilling to lower the CYA.

19000 gal, vinyl, auto cover, Pentair heater, robot, Pentair superflo vs pump, Indiana

Is this the diluted test result or a guess ?

If it's a guess it could be substantially higher but either way, they need to dang near drain the pool.

The other #s are a moot point with so much draining on the horizon.

Yes, it's the diluted test.

Ok so a 75% drain would get them down to 45. (Which would round up to 50 CYA).

Drain twice leaving a foot in the shallow end. Start paying attention to the liner around 18 inches deep to make sure it doesn't start shifting. Stop early and refill if it does.


Or go for a no drain exchange seen here and do the whole thing in one shot.
