Multiple Rust stains

I have what I believe to be multiple rust stains. A couple of months ago a storm blew a rusted tomatoe stake holder in the pool and I didn’t notice it until later. it was only one spot and I tried Vitamin C and rubbing acid on it but nothing. The problem is it looks like stains are spreading . I have pictures it needed. Otherwise pool is prefect. Here is test results using Taylor 2006 test kit today
FC 7
Cc 0
pH 7.6
alkalinity 80
CYA 25. I’m going to raise it using the sock method probably 10 ppm

thanks

Added pictures. I didn’t know if this was the right place to post it. First pic is where rusted stake was at

From the looks of the marks, they could also be tannin stains from tree droppings. Try rubbing a chlorine tablet on the area if you can. Don't let the puck just sit though. Let us know if that works.
Meant to ask the bigger question about those spots spreading through deep end. Do I need to test for metals or anything. i will try the puck but curious about the root cause. The one spot is definitely from rusted tomatoe stack because it was there when I pulled it out . Thanks

You did the Vitamin C test in one area and it didn't change, so iron can be ruled out - at least for that stain. You can test the others though. Copper stains are usually dark, so I don't think that's the cause.
