Just bought a new circulation pump, it came with a cord and a typical plug.
My Jacuzzi needs a disconnect terminal for the Hot and Neutral (not the ground).
Anyone know if there is much difference between 12-10 AWG and 16-14 AWG ?

The only difference is the gauge of wire the connector is designed to accept so you need to match the wire that you have to put the connectors on. Also be sure you have an appropriate crimp tool and match the connector to the corresponding jaw on the tool.

I'm going to use these.

General rule
the red insulated electrical terminal may be used in sizes from 22 to 18 gauge,
blue for wires from 16 to 14 gauge,
yellow for wires from 12 to 10 gauge, and so on.

Yep those should work find. I was going to mention in my earlier posts that I prefer the fully insulated type, as providing a bit more safety (but are also a pain in the neck if you need to get your meter probes in to check voltages). Your crimp tool should also have a red dot to identify the correct jaw to use for crimping.
