Hello,
I have a new customer with a Mineral Springs SWG, and the "Low Minerals" light is on. The average salt reading is 1500 ppm, and the instantaneous measurement is around 1700 ppm. I've tested the salt in the pool several times and it consistently tests at 3200 ppm. I inspected the cell and it was reasonably clean. I acid dipped it just in case, and it is still saying "Low Minerals". I tried changing the settings for the cell size, and saw no improvement.
Before I tell this customer they need to spend a bunch of money on a new cell, is there anything else I can try?
