"New Pool" owner entering in 3rd summer in Michigan. 30k gallons, 20x40 main area with 30' lap lane extension on one side. Hayward variable speed pump, cartridge filters and a Hayward salt generator. Trying to educate myself on the whole water chemistry thing. Currently fighting a skimmer basket issue that is pushing water away from / out of instead of sucking water in. The frog issue is very real living out in the country!
