Hello all, I purchased and received the M600 today. It works great on its own, but I’m unable to use the MyDolphin Plus app. The app keeps saying that it’s unable to find the robot, and scanning the QR code gives the same issue. The robot is turned on and running as per the instructions, but the phone just can’t find the robot. Ive tried with other phones (both Androids and iPhones) and the same issue persists. Any advice on how I can fix this? Thank you!

From the manual...maybe this will help for next steps?
• Try to turn Off and then On the Bluetooth® in your smartphone For IOS – Go to settings → Bluetooth®. For Android – Go to slider and turn Off/On the Bluetooth® icon.
• Get closer to the power supply.
• Ensure that you don’t have any obstructions or obstacles between you and the power supply.
• Turn the power supply Off and then ON.
• If none of the above troubleshooting helps, then contact the dealer for further support.

Anyone have any luck with this? I've sent my M600 to maytronics twice for repairs because of this and it still doesnt work. I've tried 3 different makes and models of android phones with absolutley no luck pairing with blue tooth.
Also, any chance anyone knows how to reset the device to factory settings so I can try to pair it to my wifi network again?
I would avoid this cleaner like the plaque if I had to do it again. nothing but problems in the two years I've owned it. the bluetoother and wifi has almost never worked.

The app supposedly will not work with 5ghz wifi. You must have both the robot and phone on 2.4ghz.
