As is typically the case with these types of failure they generally tend to cascade. You’ll dump $650 into a new blower and then some other component will go. Then that’ll run $100 or more. You’ll fix that and then something else. … it’s never ending with old pool equipment especially heaters. Putting $3k to $4k into a brand new unit with a warranty will most likely result in years of fiddle-free service life. Unless you really enjoy repairing old stuff, I’d say just cut your losses and save up for a new one.
