Does anyone have the answers for two questions that I have:
1) What is the best way to clean the quartzscape after 3 years of use? I live in a new construction neighborhood and there was constant dirt having to be cleaned from the pool and now that it is time to drain it, I am curious if I can clean the surface after it is drained to get more of the color and shine from the glass back. Do I just water power wash it, acid power wash, or is there a way to polish it? On the three options above, any numbers on the cost would be greatly appreciated.
2) As we all know, the water here is very hard. Is there any negatives to put a water softener onto my pool water refill water line to bring down the calcium lines and deposits at the bottom of my pool? Will having a softener cause any damage to the quartzscape that was installed when my SALT WATER pool was built 3 years ago.
