M600 communication issue

M600 Cleaner is 3 years old. I had the cord replaced from power supply to cleaner just a few months ago since it was getting sticky. It worked fine. Got home from vacation and now there is a problem with the power supply connecting to the cleaner. I took it apart to check the impeller, it was clear of any debris. I put it back together without checking the cord connection to the cleaner. (It looked a little over my pay-grade.).

If that’s not it, could the motor itself cause the power supply being unable to connect to cleaner? TYIA.

Funnily enough, we seem to have a similar situation. We just had our M600 motor replaced. It’s come back from the pool service company and I can’t get the app to connect. Tried all the usual power cycles and app reinstalls. I’m wondering if the company needs to do a communication reset of some sort.
The app is now not starting correctly… attached a screen shot of my phone now.
Apparently there’s a technician app available but not sure we can get that going.
Have you had any progress?
