Low CYA, high CC HELP!

Hi,
We moved three years ago to a home with a concrete pool. The first few years, have been relatively easy in terms of pool maintenance. Opened without too many issues and just had to do basic chemicals that were simple enough to figure out.

We just opened a week ago and it's been ugly.

The CYA levels have been barely registering. Did it with a test kit at home and got basically 0. Brought to the local pool company and got something in the realm of 5.

I put 5 lbs of stabilizer in a sock and it's currently brewing.

My bigger problem right now is that my FC level (maybe .5) is hardly registering while my CC is off the charts (I'd say close to 10).

It's a 22,000 gallon pool and temperature has been approximately 76-78 degrees.

For shock, I've always used liquid chlorine but the pool does have an inline chlorine tablet dispenser.

Should I just drop 25 gallons of liquid chlorine in? I'm concerned with cya so low that it won't reach breakpoint.

Other levels are fairly normal although PH is a little bit on the lower side (7.2).

I appreciate any help in advance!
