Loud noise from pool sub panel box

Every day when my pool timer triggers the pool pump to start there is a loud noise coming from the sub panel.

This just started 2 weeks ago and it happens every day.

Its a loud 'thump' noise and it only happens once per day at the panel box.

Someone should open up the subpanel box and check all the wires are tight in their screws and no signs of breakers or wires burning or arcing. That someone should know how to safely work around electrical circuits.
