So I recently had the liner in my pool replaced and pool filled back up. I do have the testing kit recommended on here but I tried using it and felt like I wasn’t doing something right; because the first test that I did it would never turn pink. So today I went to Leslie‘s and I had them test my water for me the results are attached in a photo and I have also uploaded them into the app which I’m hoping links.
I am so confused I don’t know what I need to do to my pool first which chemical to add first. I am hoping that one of you can tell me what I need to do.
Also I have wedding cake like steps that I had bleached and thoroughly cleaned yesterday and place them back in the pool and the water was clear and today I am starting to see green spots on the bottom of the pool.
I purchased a new brush and everything again I’m not totally clueless I know that I need to brush the walls and vacuum but I don’t know which to do first how much chemicals I need to add and if should brush and vacuum first or after.
Plesse help I am desperately trying to get my pool back on track.

Can you verify the age of your test kit? The reagents are only good for <2yrs, if stored in dry, cool conditions.

What color is your FAS-DPD powder?

Do you know your pools volume....based off of the size you have listed, it should be close to 15,000 gallons. For a 15K pool you would need 96 oz. of 10% to raise the FC from 0 to 5ppm.
