First time using liquid stabilizer (and last time after this). I shook it and poured it around the edge. It's part milky substance but many whole granules just like using the dry stuff I normally put in a sock. It's all over the bottom. From what I've read, can I just brush into the main drain and let it go into the filters and dissolve from there? I know from past that trying to mix that stuff in a bucket doesn't work so I'm guessing letting it just sit on the bottom and brushing it every so often won't help it dissolve much better that the bucket. Any thoughts?

Brush it now. If it sits on your plaster, it can stain. Get it dissolved as fast as you can. Vacuum it up if possible.

ugh - I don't have a vacuum - I should have stuck with the slow and steady way - that stuff is stubborn when it comes to dissolving in open water. If I push it into the drain, am I going to hurt anything? It will at least get it off of the plaster
