I just put in a concrete pool. It is leaking 3 inches a day! A lot of water. It leaks more after I backwash. Can I let it leak until it stops or is there a concern doing that since it is concrete?

If you just had it installed -- call your pool builder. They are responsible to provide a waterproof shell.
I assume you have a sand filter? Check that your multiport valve is set on filter and not leaking to waste.
