Due to my own stupidity, I now have a handful of very small chips in the outside wall. Water is barely seeping from 2 or 3 of the chips.
We cannot see or feel anything on the inside at each location
We put Flex tape on a couple of the locations and the seeping continues.
We squirted purple food coloring from the inside at the each location, and the seeping water did not change colors, nor did it flow out of a whole
If you push on the chips from the outside, the seeping water changes from clear to like a green murky color.
Bucket test resulted in same amount of loss.
Have been letting it seep for 7 days now.

That's unfortunate. 
There's not much you can do right now. The force applied from the inside-out will be too much for any external sealant. Your best bet is to limp along this season and hope it doesn't get any worse. Then when you prep for winter, lower the water level and inspect behind the liner. You might be able to clean the edges and do a rust treatment, then add a piece of sheet metal or something as a patch from this inside to seal the area.
