Lautner Knife Edge Pool

Hi, new to the forum and would like some advice in relation to a Knife Edge Pool. I am building a pool and would like to incorporate a knife edge pool into it.
I am looking for someone that can help me design a knife edge into our pool design, preferably in Sydney.

This is a good article and has a section view of the Lautner edge drain in it.
