I have read a few posts about bonding and do not really understand it. I know my PB bonded my pool because when he was attaching the copper wiring to the rebar I asked him what he was doing. I just had landscape lighting installed and wondered whether that needed to be bonded? I have attached pictures of my landscape lighting and what I believe is where all of the bonding wire is attached. I apologize for the non technical verbiage of my post but electricity is certainly not my strength!

All lighting typically needs to be further than 5ft from the water and landscape lighting should be low voltage, 12V. The transformer should be powered by a GFCI outlet or through a GFCI circuit breaker. It does not need to be bonded.

Thanks. I had it done professionally but you never know. The lighting is more than 5 feet from the pool, it is low voltage, and the transformer is plugged into GFCI outlet. This makes me feel much better.
