Ladder for Semi In-ground, NO DECK

Just had semi inground installed. Unfortunately the ladder they sent was for installation into a deck. We have no deck. The pool is surrounded by stones.
Too late now to put in stairs because the panels are in, pool is finished and functioning. What are my options?

I had a set of stairs for the outside that the ladder attached to. They are half torn apart here but you’ll get the idea. Having them be so wide looked nice going across the front of the pool, but wasn’t needed.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't need an entry point. I do need a ladder or stairs to exit the pool. Looking for options where there is no deck to attach to.

Yes. I had a half ladder for the inside that attached to the top step of the outside staircase like it was a deck. It was just a 10 inch wide deck.

So this sat on and attached right to the top stair.
