Just did our first test with TFPro kit. Results below:
FC 1.5 Added 242oz 7.13% bleach
CC 1.0
pH 7.2 added 22oz pH up
TA 50 added 78oz baking soda
CYA 100
CH 325 added 19lbs calcium chloride

We added suggested chems yesterday and now this morning FC is 0, pH is 7.6, but pool is crystal clear. Do I need to re-test everything again today or do I need to Slam? (Which I’m not even sure what that is.)
Also, we have a had a pool guy up until this past week when we took over.

I would also do a diluted CYA test, your CYA may be higher. Do this before replacing water.

Add pool water to bottom of sticker.
Add tap water to top of sticker.
Shake.
Pour out half so mixture is to bottom of sticker.
Add reagent to top of sticker.
Shake.
Test outside with back to sun and tube at waist level.
Pour back and forth a few times to see if you get the same result.
Double the result.

The pool has always been crystal clear and still is. This is the first time the chlorine has dropped this low, just curious why it would have done that.
You have organics in the pool that are consuming it. With high CYA, it is difficult to keep enough FC in the pool to sanitize.

We need to get a good CYA number, replace some water, then SLAM.

Report up the diluted CYA test results...

Rounding up, your CYA is in fact 100.

I'd replace at least 40% of your water to get you to 60 CYA. Above 60, slam is hard(er). Above 70 is typically not doable.

Follow my draining link and look for the no-drain water exchange. When you have replaced water, retest CYA and start the SLAM process.
