Why do the instructions say to wipe the tip of the bottle each drop? All the others Don't. Also, does it really matter if ur water is on the 10 ML line or the bubble of the water?? Do the water amounts need to be that precise???

For a number of the tests, a single drop is as much as 25 ppm. So the size of the drop can make a big difference.
This mostly applies to the TA test to keep any electrostatic charges from building up on the tip and altering droplet sizes.
