My pool repair guy replaced the suction valve this week. I tried turning handle 180 degrees to turn on the jets and no water flow just a couple of bubbles and then stopped. Here is a pic of my setup. Maybe handles are not in proper position? Jets were working prior to valve install. Thanks. Jay

You turned the other one that I pointed to (on the left of the image) 180 degrees? Do you mean 90 degrees?

My pool repair guy replaced the suction valve along with replumbing equipment to 2"(was 1.5") last week. A couple of days later I turned the black handle you see in the attached pic 90 degrees to turn on the jets and no water flow. Jets were working fine when I turned handle 2 days prior to above mentioned install. Any ideas would be appreciated.
