New pool, shape is almost figure 8 but deep area has a swim out, we have 3 jets, one in the deep, one in the middle, and one in the shallow...my question is what is the best direction to have them pointed in? I was thinking deep end and shallow to blow toward the wall and middle straight toward the skimmer to push stuff in.....

I am new to pool maintenance, but I recommend pointing the jets towards the nearest skimmer across from the jet.
Just 1 skimmer and it is in the middle of the pool, directly across from the middle skimmer.
Generally speaking they should all be set to circulate water in the same circular direction all around the pool. The skimmer will SUCK stuff in........no need to push it directly in only one direction if water is circulating.
