Jandy VS Plus - Weird Noises (Diagnosed as bad motor bearing)

I have a fairly new (6 month old) Jandy VS Plus pump (Model: VSPHP270DV2A) that seems like it's rubbing, or something is off when it's running. Assuming I just need to call the pool builder to take a look, but curious if there is anything else I should consider or ask. Appreciate the insight as always!

Sounds like the fan in the drive at the rear of the pump is rubbing on something.

Unfortunately with your pump tight against the wall it will not be easy checking it.

Be glad it is your builders problem.

Just wanted to close the loop on this. Jandy came today and took the pump apart. Apparently, the bearing on the motor was going bad, so they replaced the motor. Nice and quiet now, happy to have a 3 year warranty
