Jandy Pump filter basket not filling all the way

Hi all...

I noticed that the Jandy pump filter basket inline in front of the pump used to fill all the way with water when running, but now the basket is not filling all the way with water. Is this normal? OK?

Probably an air leak. Take the oring off the top and thoroughly clean and relube with silicone lubricant. Clean the top as well where the oring goes.
