The base keeps stating "check cell" and chlorine level is 0.11. I followed the manual and cleaned it with the acid and water...however, there was not much foam or bubbles when it was submerged.....I rinsed it off and put it back but it continued to state "check cell"...Does this mean I have a faulty salt cell and should be replaced...
