Jandy PLC 1400 salt cell

Hello there,

I have a client who’s Jandy salt cell that is connected to aquapure zodiac. When the pump comes on the aquapure Showa no codes and just keeps beeping every few seconds. Need some help trying to get the beeps to stop.

Does the LCD display say anything? Can you post a picture of the display? Are you sure it is the SWG beeping? Are they integrated into the same Aqualink or is it a dedicated control panel for AquaPure?

If it is beeping, there will be an error code.

Keep watching the display or cycle power and watch the display.

Audible Alarm.​

The audible alarm is described on page 34 of the Jandy® Pro Series AquaPure®/PureLink™ Power Center and Cell Kit | Installation and Operation Manual.

Adjusting the audible alarm volume is also described on page 34 of the Installation Manual.

The audible alarm can be permanently disabled by removing the jumper from J2 on the control/power center Power Interface Board (PIB).
