Jandy JPE controller no power

Hello All, I have a Jandy pro series variable pump and the Jandy JPE controller. Both are about 3-4 years old and have run with no issues. Noticed today that the controller panel is dark with no display visible and the buttons do nothing. Checked all wiring and circuit breakers and everything looks good. I haven't checked the voltage into the pump yet but figuring if that has power to the pump then this controller is likely bad. Which leads should I touch my voltmeter to if I check the power leading into the pump? There's 3 wires, 1 is ground and the other two. I tested continuity to the two non ground wires and there doesn't seem to be a break.

I was also thinking about checking to see if the voltage is live to the control panel itself but I'm not sure which wires to touch. The wires are red, black, yellow, green which run from the pump to the control panel. These are much thinner wires than the ones powering the pump (above) so assuming the pump itself steps down the voltage to a much lower voltage and am assuming it's still AC power into the control panel. I checked continuity on these 4 thinner wires which is valid so I know it's not a break in the wires between the controller and the pump. Also, I noticed in the panel with the circuit breakers there's a "cir pump relay". I don't know if that might be the problem? Anyone have advice on what to check or what might be the cause? The only change in the last few days is that it's been raining like crazy. Will be calling the people who installed this on Monday but wondering if there's an easy fix first.

Thanks!
