I have had the iAqualink system for two seasons now, has pretty much worked as advertised. This year, no changes to anything (pool equipment, wireless gear, passwords, etc). The app connectivity has worked for the first month until a couple of days ago. I tried using the app but shows my pool as offline. Restarted phone, same thing. Uninstalled app, no good. While there is no connection with the app, I can access the system from the iAqualink webpage.
