Jandy iAqualink iOS App Not Resposive

I have had the iAqualink system for two seasons now, has pretty much worked as advertised. This year, no changes to anything (pool equipment, wireless gear, passwords, etc). The app connectivity has worked for the first month until a couple of days ago. I tried using the app but shows my pool as offline. Restarted phone, same thing. Uninstalled app, no good. While there is no connection with the app, I can access the system from the iAqualink webpage.

Anyone having similar issues or seen this before? Thanks.
 
Funny that you post this, I am having the same issue periodically on my Android phone. It is accessible from the website but the app on the phone fails to show the green dot so you can tap and open up the pool. Next time this happens I'm going to try on my iPhone and other Android phone and see if all the phones are down at the same time or not. It also doesn't matter if you're on cellular data or WiFi.

Uninstall/reinstall didn't help but then trying again in an hour or so and it works. Opening up the website from the phone and using the browser works at the same time the app isn't working.
