Jandy Freeze Protection

I have Jandy Aqualink to run spa mode and pool mode in freeze protection. When it switches between the two the pump goes off as the actuators move but when the pump comes back on it doesn’t go into “priming mode”. I thought it it would always go into “priming” mode when switching between pool and spa mode.

There is a freeze protection speed that you can set. It is under the Var. Speed Setup in Settings. It on the right side where you have all the speeds listed. See what that states.

Does it not prime on both the Spa and Pool? I lowered my Spa speed and for some reason it doesn't use the set prime speed for the pump in Spa mode. It does use it when I start any of the other speeds listed.

It only primes if it's totally off then turned back on.
