Jandy AquaLink salt cell service 194

I have a service code 194/125 and I’m not producing chlorine. Everything I read means either cell is dirty which it’s not or it’s gone bad. Anything else? The cell is 4 years old and works overtime here in Texas

And assuming I do need to replace the cell has anyone used an off-brand? I see some on Amazon for $500 vs the Zodiac Fusion2 cell at about $1,000
