Jandy 2.7 HP VS Pump Screeching and Leaking

This is the main pump for my pool, it's about 10 years old. Last night I noticed a very unpleasant sound and looks like a significant amount of water has leaked. I will attach some pictures and a video but this is a Jandy Pro Series EPump 2.7 HP VS. The motor is a Century M48AA66D58. Appreciate any guidance for repair options. Thank you.

I replaced the seals/o rings and this stopped the leak but the motor was still screeching insanely loud. I replaced the bearings in the motor and I am back in business. Apparently the motor I have is no longer available. Thank you for the help.
