Jandy 1400 Randomly turns off

Hi,

I've been trying to troubleshoot an issue I'm having with my Jandy 1400 SWG. For some reason the output percentage randomly changes to zero. I've been trying to duplicate the steps but I haven't been able to except that it seems to happen sometime after I change the percentage from the PDA. However it's random and has been working fine for a month or so. I did have a lot of issues with this in early June when we started it up. I can't always change the percentage from the main control panel either, sometimes I can but other times it just beeps and doesn't change. I feel like the PDA and the main control panel are getting confused or having some type of comm error.

Pool was completed last Aug so I don't have a lot of history with this. I will contact the PB but wanted to get some ideas here first. Has anyone run into this before?

Thanks, a lot of good info in there but nothing that applied to me specifically. PB sent a tech out who ran some tests and determined there was a power issue somewhere and ended up replacing the aquepure control board. Hopefully this may help someone in the future.
