I've lost my data

My subscription expired due to me getting a new credit card and not updating my payment method in the play store. I updated my card and made the subscription payment, but my app has lost all of my data. I've tried to restore subscription, and it recognizes that I have an account, but I do not have any data. The app keeps telling me to add a pool. I've logged out and back in and uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no success. How can I restore my data into the app?

I’m sorry for this hiccup, but we’ll get you back on your way. Normally when data “disappears” like this it’s due to logging into an incorrect account. By any chance did you use Google social login, Facebook, or Login With Apple? If so the data is likely saved in that account. Can you try to logout and log back in with one of these methods of you may have used them originally?

Geez. That was it. Should have tried that before posting. I guess I have a account with my Google login and a normal user/password account. Thanks so much for the quick response.
