That is a suggested Pool Store testing (it's not the actual quantity, but the presence that matters)I have not tested for metals. How can I?
Also you can look at your local water quality reports and see if metals/minerals are shown

When this pool finally 'turns', you'll not believe it
It seems some copper, but no iron (or not reported)I found this from 2017. Can’t seem to locate a newer one. Also not sure what i’m looking for
But, I don’t know what they put in the pool before.

Perfect! You can 'check' with the OTO in 15min, see if there is any colorOkay. I’ll look into who I can take some water to around here.
Retested ph: 7.2 after 4lbs of ph up.
Added 4 gallons of bleach for now.
I would not add any stabilizer/cya until you get a good strong FC reading (meaning it's "holding")Do you think I should try to get the cya to 30, or leave at 20 for now?
Really appreciating all the help. ?
Either is fineOkay gonna do oto again.
Should I do it where i poured (infront of return),
or another area of the pool?
Whoop! I think you are on top of that battle!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! Agreed on 3+Got something registered now. I’m thinking it’s 3?
So horrible at this test ?
Yes of course!I have 9 gallons. I found some more in the pantry! LOL it’s everywhere ?
Should i add 4 more?
See you're an OTO pro alreadyYes. I should be able to do 2 or 3 more test.
Did oto before adding 4 more gallons. It looks like it fell to 2 since the last test (20ish minutes)
