Issues with pool math subscription

I have been long time TFP user and subscriber to pool math. Every year my credit card gets charged for the subscription fee, but then when I go to log test results, it says I am not subscribed and asks me to subscribe, then it gives me option to subscribe or restore subscription. Why does it do this even though I have already been charged the annual fee?
