At the end of last season, we noticed an issue with our pool wall. The pool was installed in June 2022 by a professional.
I contacted the pool store this spring to ask about the wall and I got a reply that “ it should be ok”. They didn’t come out to see it, just looked at the pictures I sent them. Keep in mind that there is a 1 year warranty on the pool installation.
We live in a rural area and there’s only this one pool store/installer so I can’t really ask for a second opinion.
What should we do?
